Easy Mandi Chicken Leg Quarters



  • Olive oil (to coat chicken and to spray during cooking)
  • Mandi rub
  • Chicken quarters (legs and thighs)


  1. Coat chicken with olive oil
  2. Season with Mandi rub and let it sit overnight in the fridge
  3. Grill indirect over medium heat (275 degrees F) until done, turning regularly. Spray with olive oil between turns
