7th Annual Halal BBQ Pitmasters Competition
Thank you for considering sponsorship for the 7th Annual Halal BBQ Pitmasters Competition on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Green Vine Market (1804 K Avenue, Plano, TX 75074). After covering the basic costs for the event (e.g. trophies, canopies, meat), and the proceeds will be donated.
Below are our four sponsorship levels. If you're interested in being a judge, the Platinum level gives that opportunity.
For the event, we expect about 12 teams and 250 guests. The guests will be BBQ enthusiasts who have donated at least $100/person.
When purchasing sponsorship, please make sure to include your email address and your phone number. We will contact you regarding logos, etc.
