Grilled Whole Cauliflower with Honey Mustard
Glaze
Ingredients
• 1 whole head of cauliflower
• 4-5 tablespoons avocado oil
• SPGc to taste, or substitute with preferred spice mix
Honey Mustard Glaze Ingredients
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup honey or maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Glaze Instructions
1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat
2. Whisk in honey/maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar
3. Whisk until smooth and well combined
Cauliflower Preparation
1. Remove outer leaves from cauliflower
2. Mix avocado oil with SPGc seasoning
3. Turn cauliflower upside down, and pour seasoned oil into cavity
4. Coat entire cauliflower with oil mixture, ensuring even coverage
Grilling Instructions
1. Preheat grill to 400°F (raised direct or indirect setup)
2. Place cauliflower in either an indirect or raised direct position
3. Cook for approximately 30 minutes, flipping occasionally if needed to get some char all over
4. Brush with honey mustard glaze
5. Return to grill and cook for 15 minutes
